What we collect
This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking scripts, and it has no forms. If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you choose to include in your message.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. See Cloudflare’s own privacy policy for details.
Why we use it
We use the information in your email to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the services we agree. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry, and no more than two years unless we go on to work together. Client records are kept for as long as our contractual and legal obligations require.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, email us. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
